The price of the firepots does not include any accessories except an insulation and sealing kit. If you are ordering from another country, it might be more convenient to purchase locally approved chimney flues. See installation for further details.

South African prices may be obtained by emailing us and giving your location. We will respond with a contact in your area and a pricelist.

For prices outside South Africa, please contact your local distributor, a list of representatives is given below. Should you be enquiring from a country not yet represented, we can accommodate you if let us know where you are and your nearest sea port or international airport. See export below.  

All colours are available Plain, with African Mask or Japanese Medallion. Special colours and logos can be supplied to hotels, restaurants and lodges for orders of five or more.

We do sell direct from the factory in Dieprivier, Cape Town - however, there is no price advantage. We have dealers in most major centres in South Africa as well as Namibia with specified retail prices based on the unit price plus transport and packaging. The dealers will be able to provide a more complete service as well as advise you on the installation best suited to your home.

In the countries listed, where we do have an agent, we urge you to contact them and arrange viewing or delivery with them. Should you live in a country not represented in the distributor list, we can supply direct, but more effort will be required on your part to find local chimney flues and installation experts.

We do ship overseas, but generally it is uneconomical to ship fewer than three units by sea. The minimum charge is for 1 cubic meter, with 3 fires making up 0.9 cubic meter. We ship to the nearest port or depot to your location and the Customer generally arranges for Customs Clearance  and local delivery. If you are interested in obtaining a quote for shipping, email us and let us know the name of your local port.

The Ceramic Stoves are approved only in the countries listed under Distributors and should you live in a country not represented, we can assist you with obtaining your local regulatory authority’s approval.

NO APPROVAL IS GENERALLY NECESSARY FOR USE OUTDOORS.
